The 1777-4GC was a special run for Guitar Center. It’s a mid-depth A-Braced Legend with a rosette unique to itself. There was a similar rosette on the Folklore from the same era, but the color scheme is a bit different. It’s a great player and has enough volume to keep up with the dreads if you’e playing it acoustically, a surprise since it's mid-depth.

Bought initially as the ‘camping guitar’, it’s graduated to the ‘porch guitar’. It’s an easy sit down player when just noodling by myself.

Damon, I swear you could photograph an old pair of Beal's boots on your red blanket and we'd drool over it. That's a beauty, particularly the rosette and how it's carried over into the 12th fret marker. Very classy.

So Nice. And I got it's cousin...

And not quite as good of a photographic technique.

Beautiful top on that one - sure looks like aging spruce, but is it cedar?

Are you talkimg the Legend or Folklore? Guess it doesn't matter, they're both spruce.

Your guitar is very nice but you need a blanket upgrade.
