Looking to sell my rare Adamas Millennium guitar. It's in perfect condition. I bought it new in 2000 but shortly after, suffered a hand injury which left me recovering since. I'm beginning to realise (albeit slowly) that I'm never going to get back to 'normal' now so I'd like to see it going to someone who can use it like it deserves to be used!

It's NEVER been gigged and never been out of the house. The finish is absolutely amazing and the colour changes a LOT when viewed in different lighting conditions. I've tried to capture it the best I can but overall, it's slightly darker than the pictures suggest!

Most of you will know that only 75 were ever made and they rarely come up for sale. You'll never find a better example!

Looking for £1500. Can ship abroad if necessary but buyer arranges shipping.
Not totally sure how to post pictures here so please bear with me!

That's a fair price for this model and yours is in excellent shape. Always a conversation starter - I have one. It was stolen but thanks to the OFC I was able to track down the thieves that ripped me off. We have a couple members on the forum with them...mbedard and TonyC come to mind. Excellent preamp, sounds great plugged in or not. Whoever buys this will be very happy.

The other Boise guy showed up. I hope it ends up here so I can try it. I don't think I've ever played one, although I recall seeing Tony Calman's.

No, I am not a snob but I have had CVT and SMT guitars that I later sold off or traded...

The Millennium is the only one I kept. Maybe it is because it is blue (favorite color of my wife), maybe because it had Pluto, maybe because it has a subtle 'harpsichordic' sound. Very nice guitar and rare. Doesn't get much play but fun when I get around to it.

I really enjoyed playing CrimsonLakes at the Southern Style Jams.

I didn't mean to suggest that Tony wouldn't let me touch his Millennium. He just had so many guitars that I couldn't play all of them in the half day that I spent at his house.

Mark, doubt if anyone took it that way...small room w/lots of guitars. Ask Moody about his reaction...forgot exactly what he said but something close to he thought it was overwhelming. Haven't tried hanging them from the ceiling so that is positive.

Unfortunately after a long "discussion" with the wife, I must sadly let this one escape my grasp. Who ever does end up with it should count their blessings as I doubt we'll see another one for sale for a very VERY long time!

Well, at some time, some of us with the Millennium (including myself) may let one go to another home.

My granddaughter (5yrs old) is already pointing out which guitars she thinks should be hers when she is older. Letting her decide if she wants the Millennium or the Tak 2011 LTD 'IKI' - both blue. Starting with an Applause tenor uke (tuned as a 4-string guitar, black, looks like an Elite).

If she is still excited in a couple of years, she may have at least a 1687 Adamas, parlor ('97C or Tak EF417S), MM68 mando, 1719-30CM, Koa 2009C, and Country Artist. Only if she is serious and will take care of them.
