that makes the killer pricing Al has on the last production Adamas guitars even more enticing! |

I sent in 2 rebate forms, one was the Adamas 2 from Al, and one was a C2078 I bought while at the roadshow.
Never got a thing back. It's not much, but $50 is $50 |

As is this thread... |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I have found that most rebate offers are legit. They plan on the fact that most people do not take advantage or followup. But if you do followup, assuming it's legit, they usually rectify the matter in short order. In most cases the rebate is actually being processed by a rebate processing company. That is where 100% of the holdup has been any time I have had to make a call. They also have a LOT of incentive. They get paid based on how many rebates they actually process. (% of rebate value I believe) It's not like they get to keep money by not sending it to you... they get NOTHING by not sending it to you.

On the other hand, the issuer of the rebate (usually the manufacturer) stands to gain quite a bit by not giving you the rebate... |

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | I got two rebates too. One for the 1581, and one for my baritone. When I got the mail, there was only one Visa card so I contacted them. They had run out of cards and said there were more on the way. I got the second one a week or two later. |

Location: Jet City | I asked JB about it when I was on a call to the Mothership for another matter and he said I needed to talk to some other place. Honestly, I just spaced out following up, but still, I already jumped through all the hoops the first time, now I guess I have to do it all over again. |
