Location: Phoenix AZ		It's an early one with the 4 screw offset hatch but certainly not one of the first 22. Looks like somebody took a hacksaw to the fretboard extension. My guess is that the extension was bowing up and buzzing so some master luthier did the obvious ham fisted repair.

Location: SoCal		But a new neck, while it costs, is an easy fix. In fact, I know somebody who has an Adamas 2 neck that could be put on there.....

Location: Taxed To Death State		Those super early Adamas I necks had foam molded broccoli on the head. doubt you could ever find one of those to keep it original.
