Location: Birmingham, Al. | I know that the Ernie Ball Aluminum Bronze strings have been discussed but I would like to give my opinion. I've read varied reviews of them as you do any guitar gear and even guitars. But I put a set on my Elite TX and I can't believe the sound! They are so crisp and clear with great low end. I've been playing it almost non stop, except for sleep, since I put them on a couple days ago. I am very impressed with them and I already loved the DR Rares that I was using. If these strings hold up well and last a while then I have found a new keeper. Time will tell though. If anyone is interested I will keep the board posted on my experience with the longevity of these strings. I try to play several hours a day so we should know soon. I hope they last because I am certainly loving this sound! |

Location: Birmingham, Al. | I know that no one will probably read this but I am impressed with these EB strings. This is probably gonna become my main string. I have played the heck out of them and they still sound great. Very impressive indeed. |

| I tried a set of these on my Elite 2778 Koa…love the sound. So far they are holding up well and are much easier on the fingers than Elixirs. I also tried the Martin Silk and Steel but they didn't last long. |
