Beautiful Ruby Red Graphite top, onboard electronics EQ/Tuner, no fret wear, no dings and no issues. Very low action and plays like an electric. Has to be one of the best playing 12-strings I ever owned. Even with shallow bowl it is louder than my full size other acoustics. I have many detailed photos I can email to anyone interested. Has OHSC. 9 out of 10 near mint condition. I have played this on 4 hour solo acoustic gigs, using it alone the whole night and never had hand/arm fatigue or cramps.
Price dropped to $800 which is a steal. These were $2,000 new and mine is in excellent condition.

You don't know how hard it is for me to be doing so.
This is what happens when you have a Guitar Addiction and you keep acquiring without paying the piper. Time to pay some forgotten debts.
I also have:
Taylor GN8 "New" $1,400
PRS Swamp Ash Special $1,400
Fender Strat Plus $750
Godin LGX $600
All are great guitars in excellent condition.
