I haven't seen any other pics on the Internet either. Any help is greatly appreciated! The finish isn't cracked, that's actually what the guitar is made to look like!

The finish isn't cracked, that's actually what the guitar is made to look like! I remember seeing this guitar, either on CL or eBay. As I recall the seller stated that they attempted to repaint the top and the paint crackled like this. They liked the effect so they left it. It looks like they put a base coat of black acrylic enamel over the original white face, then put a clear coat of lacquer. Lacquer over enamel will cause this type of crackled finish because the solvents in the lacquer dissolves the enamel, then as it dries, it shrinks causing the enamel to split like what you're seeing.

Whether the factory did this or not I couldn't say, but it's definitely a custom. It's not uncommon as a google search for 'crackle finish guitar' reveals. One company, AXL Guitars even offers this as one of the standard finishes on their Badwater SRO series. See: AXL Guitars Badwater SRO Badwater SRO on eBay Is this your guitar? If so, what does the finish look/feel like close up? Is it completely smooth or does it have texture to it? What is the fit/finish where the edge of the face meets the binding?
