If I hadn't just rebuilt my Legend, I'd be seriously looking at one of these. An A braced Legend, 33 years old, well cared for, looks just like the Lennon but with the understated stencil. I've always liked these guitars.

Michael, you wouldn't want to give one of these away, would you?

Oh, and very fairly priced.....

Holy Betsy Ross!

Although I have a cherished Patriot (#59), I day-um near got the vapors when I read this post. My goodness... I can't believe what I went through to get mine, and now there two staring me in the face...

Are you sure you want to sell both? Do ya have a 'keeper'? I sure hope so...

BTW, nice timing...

ETA post woody's post: I'd buy both of 'em right now for his starting price! I certainly hope they don't go for that unless he wants to do me a package deal.

I have had these for a very long time. I do love the older style tone (with punch and brilliance). But as some of you can understand, I hardly play them anymore. It's time to put them to good use - college funds.

There are two others on the bay at the moment as well, including a NOS one.

Good luck Michael

These are GREAT guitars! PERIOD!

I have #76, so I'm not really in the market, though I occasionally lose my grip on reality and think of Beal's #1 with GASseous longing. :)

Out of curiosity, does anyone know who has #1776? That would be a neat number to own eh?

Good luck with the sale. That price is MORE than fair!
