Joined: April 2006 Posts: 1138 Location: CT | Once in a while I see a message to one of these sellers that they are unlawful to represent anything in their descriptions as 'Ovation-Like' or 'round back a'la Ovation, etc., or to sell guitars with anything on them which resembles patents held by Ovation, KAMAN, or any of their subsidary companies. No one listens though, and I would be supprised if they went anywhere. I sure would like to see what this one sounds like. | ||

It takes money to go after these people, lots of it, foreign lawyers are expensive. So do you spend the money and hurt your quarterly earnings or do you ignore it and look good to corporate? | ||
