Location: Utica, NY | I am a little slow sometimes but when searching a topic via the search function it will list many pages of associated posts but it seems that when I choose those older than 2009 I get told that "You have requested a topic that does not exist!" even though the search tells me that it does, 2-3 pages worth.
I also went back to try to search the topic in their respective year, i.e 2008 Vault but that gets me a similar result, that "Your search did not return any results." even though there were 2008 postings shown when using the General Posting option.
Are there issues with the search function or is the problem with me? Thanks. |

Location: New Jersey, USA | I'm going to chime in because I believe the Administrators should take a look at the 2008 archive. There IS a problem.
Hits from 2008 are showing up in the CURRENT General search, but the posts are not loaded when each individual link is clicked. When the 2008 archive is searched for the same keywords, no results are shown at all.
There is a problem accessing 2008 posts. |

Hits from 2008 are showing up in the CURRENT General search, but the posts are not loaded when each individual link is clicked. When the 2008 archive is searched for the same keywords, no results are shown at all.
There is a problem accessing 2008 posts. |

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | Yep, there is something going on. Last winter we were discussing the lousy weather and someone posted a map that gave current temps all over the country. I noticed that it kept changing so I bookmarked it. (quicker and easier than going to weather sites) I have been clicking on it every once in a while ever since, but it "doesn't exist" anymore. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | As it's obviously not important enough to actually email the admin (oh that's me) I guess it doesn't really need looking into.
Makes much more sense to hide something important on a forum thread of a forum that gets 100's of posts each day that the likelihood of an admin actually seeing this post in a timely manner is so insignificant it's hardly calculable. |
