I've seen this thing listed for days and rolled on past, I figured it was a CC-Beater with a Guitar Center rosette.
Last night I Actually LOOKED, and saw the USA!
I'm guessing a whole lot of people thought the same thing.
A replacement for my Long-Gone 4861 (the one that started it all).

edit - Thanx for the Compliment TJ, and the answers! A bunch of y'all answered while I was typing this! :D

Good get. If Kpaul's Elite is the "top of the bottom", then this is the "bottom of the USA's", but a good guitar. I loved mine.
