Following the 1-in-1-out rule, SWMBO decrees I must get rid of one now that I brought home a 1615 Pacemaker (posted in general topics). So, offered to OFC members before I put her up elsewhere (the guitar, not SWMBO) - a CV68 Celebrity Viper in Honeyburst. This guitar was probably dropped by a previous owner, as the bowl shows a crack near the bottom. The crack has been completely stable for the couple years I've had this guitar, and does not affect playability. No other issues, action is super low (like an electric), neck is straight, electronics work great. $250 shipped CONUS to OFC members. Additional pics in my gallery.

DanShafer - Sorry, I bought it w/o a case. I do have a deluxe (extra-padded) gig bag that I'll include. I have slide-snap strap locks on it now. I'll try to take a decent pic of the crack (black on black is kinda hard :) ). PM me with an email address I can send the pic(s) to.

It's not a "Bowl". It's Mahogany.

Absolutely right. Might it be what's called in woodworking circles a "check"? A thick slab of solid wood - that was then milled to shape and routed out to make the chambers - might check if it wasn't dried to <=12% moisture content - the standard for kiln-dried furniture-grade hardwood.
