Actually, it's not a new feature, it's been there the whole time. However, after some intense research, we finally believe we learned why (after 18 years) some people had issues finding the feature to simply add photos to a post.

It's NOT available if you are just using the Quick Reply at the bottom of the thread page. The feature is only available in the standard Reply form, or if creating a new thread. Additionally, while the phrase "Attach a file after posting" seemed obvious to some, it didn't include the word "photo".

So, I just completed three modifications to help folks out for the next 18 years.

1. Changed the label of the "reply" button to read "Advanced Reply"
2. Changed the text to add attachments from "Attach file after posting" to "Attach a photo or file after posting."
3. Added an info heading to the Quick Reply box to let folks know to use the Advanced Reply option to access enhanced posting features including adding photos.
