The email functionality including notifications and password recovery is believed to be fixed. There was a compatibility issue and the code needed to be rewritten to accommodate this. The Good News is that initially we thought it was an email issue with the host, or certain ISP's getting blacklisted. That WAS NOT the case but we were chasing the bunny down the wrong rabbit hole for a few days.
