I've had several inquiry's about which Ovations I used during the recording of my "Cast Your Net" album (some of which is on My Page on the new site)....I used my original 1758-6p 12 string, my 1868-5 Elite SSB, and also my original 1969 Martin D-28. Also my '57 RI Surf Green Strat and a '78 Fender P Bass I lent to Charlie Lilly...Dan Bailey used a Carvin KOA 6 string electric, a new at the time top of the line Tak (sorry I don't know the model), and two new at the time Music Man Electric's: a signature (Leo) Tele and Strat! Banjo was a pre-war Gibson Flathead 5 string that George Ward treasured! It sounded so good we double tracked it on "Hillbilly Highway"!
