Although, like MWoody, I've been thinking about downsizing. I just don't play as much as I used to.

Is this not the same guitar?

I've determined where I went wrong in believing this guitar is now in Boston. One like it, is now in Boston. I thought the writing on the label (Dover Wells? - can't completely make it out) meant it was built for a particular consumer, but obviously not as it is written on more than one. The grain is definitely different from the guitar I posted, so I stand corrected!
