Recently changed the strings on my 1117 Legend (w/ light gauge 1818Es) and my Dan Savage Rebuilt 1612 Custom Balladeer (w/ medium gauge 1919Es) and was just floored (again) by these amazing instruments. My outdated Galaxy S2 tablet's video mic is hardly Hifi, but the differences between the two instruments (even considering the string differences) are pretty clear. While I was at it, I tested the 1612 through my refurbished Soundcraft Spirit FX16 which is about to go back into full-time service at my church's youth group. Inspired by Darren's comments about playing his BFLG Ultra feeling like "coming home"; thought I'd share a short video. As Beal mentioned, even used Os seem to be moving much slower these days. Couldn't believe Artist's 1984 Collector hasn't moved yet. Seeing Dan's Anniversary and 'Book Elite' models on the block was a bit of a heart stopper too. That being said, I couldn't resist including a shameless sales pitch at the end of the video. Hope the video plays okay in the thread! Here's a link just in-case. Thanks for letting me share! Cheers!

Really grateful that you gave me a crack at owning this piece of BFLG history! Also, thanks for providing the additional link. @dba and 2wheeldrummer, sorry about the hassle. I never could figure out why this happens when I try to share a YT video. I tried to check my Google, YT and computer settings to no avail... oh well!
