Location: Indiana | My friend Billy Sawilchik of Lovehammers had his Paul Reed Smith Standard Goldtop stolen from his car, which I heard about on Dec. 6, 2008. This was in the Chicago area. On his website I think you can see it here:
http://www.billysawilchik.com/gear_prs1.php
Those of you who live in or near Chicagoland OR who watch evilBay and/or Craigslist or other avenues that someone might use to try and sell it, please keep your eyes open and if you think you spot it please let me know ASAP or even go directly to his website or to his myspace:
http://www.myspace.com/billylongrod
and report it. One way or another, let's see if we can't help in recovering it for him.
In a thread of the same name over at peaveyt60.com I have also posted four photos of the particular guitar to help with visual identification.
Thanks for your attention

Location: Indiana | bump - hopefully that doesn't bust any rules but this is an "out of sight out of mind" issue, and I'd rather not have it be either....just want to give it as much exposure as I can and see if anyone spots his guitar........

Good luck! Well, you get your wish. While respecting the privacy of the owner and not discussing details, he has his guitar back. I was delighted to see it in action at a show Sat. Feb 14th.
Thanks to everyone who might have kept an eye out for it!
