Location: Southern California | Long time owner of an Epiphone, classical guitar & a Yamaha semi-hollowbody electric. All of my barely touched steel string guitars were stolen out of a storage unit a few years ago. On a lark I bought an acoustic electric Ovation Celebrity model CC 057 with a crack in the back of the headstock for about $100, (including case & shipping,) just to give playing steel strings another chance... Needless to say I have enjoyed playing that guitar & learning about Ovation guitars. Also bought a cutaway Epi to practice with, but got that signed by Laurence Juber, (Master fingerstylist,) so that sits while I "beat up" the CC 057. |
