As a matter of interest, why are you selling?

Location: Chehalis, Washington | Thanks AJ. Actually, I have a very nice custom acoustic being made, so I'm changing up my collection to allow for the cost of that one. |

Location: Boston | I notice you say it has a warranty. I'm wondering how that can be correct. My understanding is, unless you are a dealer, that guitar has already been purchased (by you). Just because you didn't send in the warranty card does not mean it is "new". Do you know Ovation will honor the warranty? We all know Ovation has excellent customer service, but I don't know how lenient their interpretation of their warranty policy is (and the warranty, as displayed on their website) is kinda ambiguous. |

Location: Chehalis, Washington | As far as I understand, you still should be able to register it. This one was never sold to a dealer. It went straight from the factory to a local magazine for a review, and then I bought it from them right after that. Being the technical "first owner" I don't even have a dealer's info to register it with, so it is my assumption that Ovation has a way to allow for that. I could certainly find out... |

you need a reciept from a dealer to prove warranty. Just registration of the card is not always sufficient |

Bottom line, it is a fabulous instrument and someone wil be very happy with it. From what I have seen, it is very well built and unlikely to have issues.
Looks like you wil do OK on the auction too!!!! |

Location: Chehalis, Washington | Thanks for the info guys...I appreciate the input.
The only warranty card I've actually sent in for a guitar was for my 12-string, which incidentally is the only "new" guitar I have owned (that I actually kept that is). |
