1688-8 #9722-87 – Remarkably clean guitar built in 1994 that sings like a choir. No belly, but the top sags a little under the strings (bracing is nice and tight). From what I've seen and read, most of the 12 string Adamas' are like this. Neck is straight and the action is great. Were it not for a hint of wear on the first few frets, you'd mistake it for new. Includes a black Ovation case, but I'm not sure if it's the original. $1500.00 plus shipping (firm). PayPal okay if you add 3%. Selling only to cover some unexpected expenses. Feel free to ask questions.

Thanks for looking,
Nick

You're gonna regret selling this so cheaply. Somebody's going to get a great deal.

I've got one of these built 5 instruments before this one. Identical except for walnut tuner buttons and gold strap buttons. Best 12 out there.

I wouldn't sell mine for twice the price.

Good luck with the sale.....

Dang!! (hits head). Where was this when I paid $1300 (+ $250 to fix it up) for an Adamas II 12 string?

This is a bargain.

Moody/TAFKAR,
I agree. I really thought this wouldn't last an hour at this price.

Provided you cover all shipping costs, I will ship to Italy.

There's been some interest on this, but no takers. How about $1400.00 plus shipping?

WOW...$1400 is a F'kn steal for a 1688.

When the economy turns back around this is a $2500 guitar easy without even tryin!

Todd, this would sound really good through that Genz Jr. If it becomes yours, you'll have to bring it down some evening and we'll sit around the courtyard fireplace. We'll get Stephen to bring over his twin baritones before he moves out of state, and maybe Mark will stop by with his original slothead No. 43. I think I can fill in the rest of the holes.

Yeah, your bandroom is more than equipped to handle the gaps...

This one may be slipping through my fingers. The first person in line passed on my 1881--bought too many guitars over the past year.

Nick, don't wait on me. Sell this if you can. I'll contact #2 person in line and see what I can come up with.

1881's are in demand. I can't imagine you not being able to sell that one quickly.

C'mon people--jump on this one. I am surprised it has lasted this long. I am yielding to others until I sell mine...
