Location: Converse, Texas | A friend of mine has an early 70s Balladeer that has some pretty bad cracks in the top. He's kept it under his bed for about 25 of those years -- not inside the case. So, do any of you know if that can be sent back to Ovation for a new top (not free, of course)? Also, when you send guitars to the factory for new tops, can you get your choice of tops, or do they put only Balladeer tops on Balladeers? |

Location: Athens, GA & Gnashville | The Ovation Service folks have done some amazing repairs for me over the years, but each repair job is an idividual case. They can do anything he wants for his guitar, most likely, but sometimes it ain't cheap.
But as Al would say, you get what you pay for. |
