Yes,Bill Gates sort of resembles the castaway.
However, Bill Gates appears to be the IDENTICAL twin of Sterling Holloway, an actor who supplied Walt Disney voices, also Winnie the Pooh episodes, and also first appeared in black and white movies of the '4o's.
I have not searched the WEB, but there must be some photos of him out there. |

Boy he really gets around. I remember seeing him in a 1930's W.C.Fields movie, as a dancer! Contained one of my favorite Fields lines:
Woman companion sitting in car with Fields and squirming : I'm sitting on something.
Fields : I lost mine in the stock market!
Woman : I mean it, I'm sitting on something.
They both look under the seat to find a female cat with a litter of newly born, different colored kittens.
Woman : Gee, I wonder what the father was?
Fields : Careless my dear. Very careless |
