Location: Vernon, CT | In trying to play various artists and songs I find that Neil Diamond songs are fairly easy (most anyway) in terms of guitar and vocals. They really sound great on my CL 1779-USA and Legend 1777-LX plugged or unplugged! Not only am I a fan but I appreciate the simplicity and great sound of these classic rock tunes. I highly recommend you try these even though Neil may not necessarily play an O himself! : ) Play and Rock On!

Location: 6 String Ranch | In the very beginning he played a 185 which I believe was the fore-runner of the Everly Brothers model. So he's come full circle.
Wonder if he's still got his slothead? |

listening tool for learning most of Neil Diamonds
early hits. |

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ | Neil Diamond plays an Ovation, in the movie "The Last Waltz" just about everybody played one live on stage then. Also he wrote "I'm a Believer" recorded by the Monkees, a fun song to play and sing.
