Has anyone else who purchased the new upgraded LX's last year very happy with their purchase? I saw a few sold here but it was due to financial reasons rather than play. I still enjoy my 6778 and will continue to reach for it when I play. I still grab my Walden D550 T every so often but mainly to run through a piece and keep her tuned!

Oh well..............maybe I will by that Adamas I want now! :D

You lost me there. If what I think I hear you not saying but meaning is "any disappointments?", then I would have to say "not here".

I'm confused by your question. Almost all of the posts about LXs on this board are glowing. So I agree - if you're asking are my LXs (6778LX-NEB & 1868LX-5) a disappointment in ANY way, I gotta say Noooooooooooo! They are as wonderful as billed and, IMHO, the best guitar value for the dollar, or peso, or yen, or euro, or anything, anywhere. Thay are "smack it out of the ball park" home runs. :D :D :D :D

Got a Balladeer LX and Legend LX last year. Excellent playing, handling, sounding and all around great acoustic plugged or unplugged. Play On!

No problems with my LX1777 love the sound and the quality of the guitar and I bought it at a great price. Only problem I had was the pre-amp saddle needed replacement due to the pre-amp started to distort but my guitar repair person at the Va Beach GC fixed it. Since then it plays great. Would surely buy another one if I could get the same price.

I do have one disappointment.

The Elite LX 12-String, natural top has not
appeared yet.

In the middle of my profound disappointment I still
have great hopes that it's just around the corner.
