For the small business owner or anyone who deals frequently with large amount of receipts for accounting...

I strongly recommend this device.

I've been to the mountain top. It's fast, simple and it works as advertised. I feel like Joan Ward when she got her first automatic dishwasher.

It says Windows only on the spec sheet. How are you using it?
It looks very cool and very clever.

Ummm, would that be June Cleaver and her husband Ward? Or was Joan a neighbor of yours?

I read about those a while back. It said that it was a incredibly cool product but expensive for a 1-trick pony.

However, he bought the one he reviewed.

It has reduced the time I spend on accounting and invoicing from hours to minutes. That one trick is DEFINITELY worth it.

and yah, I might need to brush-up on my '50's SitCom speak . . .

Hehehe...amateurs. Have you learned nothing? Nothing can replace a real accountant.

Just ask the guys at Enron, WorldCom, TimeWarner or Apple. Oh, wait, Apple hasn't broke yet...ignore that.

I was thinking Donna Reed. And didn't Laura Petrie get a new washer on one of those episodes?

Yeah, the link doesn't work.

My fax machine is also a scanner, copier and a fairly fast laser printer; what makes that other machine better ?

Scans to OCR, or direct to Email, Searchable docs, Double-sided scanning, size detection auto anti-skew. . . should I go on?

I can't help but think there is a measure of sarcasm in your voice.

Yeah, that is quite impressive. At first I thought it was just a basic scanner.

Every document that comes into my wife's law office is scanned. Initially it was a lot of work to get everything transferred from paper but the result was well worth it.
