I don't know if it will do any good but I reported the auction to eBay. This kind of crap really pisses me off. eBay sucks bad enough as it is.

I received a bad email telling me my ebay account was cancelled. Then it had a ebay link to go to and put your ID and password in.. But my ebay account wasnt.. In the fake ebay website that looked exact< In the ID I put EAT SHIT and in the password I put AND DIE!!!
