aloha,
I was at local guitar sinner today and right in plain view inside the door there was a red flame elite t. I happened to notice it had ebony binding. The binding did not have any of the 'natural imperfections' my u681 ebony binding has :) , but it sure looked cool.
So I was wondering, how many models are using ebony for a fret binding?? Is it really ebony-( it's black and it looks like wood are my clues)? pause, reflect on last sentence, no, just go on typing.
Out of curiosity, did anyone know that the u681t had a bound fretboard? Do many other guitars use ebony for a binding? .........peace, mike
