looks like the reissue Adamas I is the darker -8 color they are using now; same as on my Adamas I 12-string made five months ago.

hmmm, looks like we could get a review of the 12-fret from Matt...

The red twin pedal is a Boss Loop Station, can't tell if it's the new one or the old one.

I like that EliteT 12-string at the bottom of one of the latter pictures . . .
First time I've seen one of those. Pretty cool.

Seeing Matt's Hercules stands reminded me that - in effort to minimize the amount of crap that I have to cram into the already cramped quarters of our gigs - I've grafted a mic-boom attachment to the top of my Hercules double-guitar stand.
At first I was a little concerned about the "stability"-factor (especially with a fully-extended boom), so I fitted it with one of those "OnStage" telescoping booms.
Saturday night was my first "trial" gig with it, and while the unit on a whole was pretty stable, the boom is a bit rinky-dink (especially with an SM58), so I think I'll change it out with a more substantial boom.
I'll post a pic of it when I get a chance.
It definitely helps to "unclutter" things a bit when you have to contend with a mic stand, guitar stand, pedals, music stand, and an overweight, no-talent partner . . . .

Now I'm going to go out on a limb here but is that last pic of Lawrence Juber?

Cliff-

I was thinking about attempting something similar...just hadn't come up with concrete idea yet. I'd seen a pedal board for sale that uses the pedal board base as the mic stand base...essentially the stem of the mic stand screws into the pedal board. Though the idea was clever, I wasn't too sure how the stability would be. But it got my idea juices flowing.

You're idea sounds like it's heading in a great direction though.
