Joined: April 2002 Posts: 202 Location: Orlando, Florida | While I'm not too familiar with the Applause models, I'm pretty sure that the Trekker (at least the one I have, the CS-212) has a solid spruce top. I wouldn't think the Applause does. My Trekker also has the OP-24plus preamp system. No Applause has that. You would have to check the specs for the TS-012. I don't think it has any electronics. By the way, the older model, the CC-012 is a center hole model with out the electronics, but is also a 3/4 scale. Joe | ||

It's almost bulletproof, decent action and pretty good amp for headphones. I can't recommend it enough. They include a decent, soft case. I pack it in my carry-on, rollaboard that I had modified with a zipper in the top so the neck (with case) pokes out the top about 4 inches or so. | ||
