I see it is at $610, but the high bidder has no feedback. The price is about right if it has the original finish, according to Vintage Guitars price guide. Even they don't list any as having a gloss finish though.
That's the biggest problem with eBay, no way of actually looking at it, or trying it out. They're fine for new guitars, but I just don't trust them on used or vintage ones. :) |

Location: Georgia USA | When I was picking up my Deacon at Samova's house, he showed me a gloss black Breadwinner. Does anyone have an idea how many exist? |

Location: Evansville,IN | It does look nice. Would like to buy one as a project guitar, not necessarily gloss black. Just one that needs some TLC. The design of the Deacons and Breadwinners were way ahead of their time. |

It's also unusual in that it's the first Breadwinner I've seen with the smaller pickguard and the wider headstock profile of the Preacher/Viper/UK2. Every other Breadwinner I've seen has had the narrower & in my opinion, more elegant shape, similar to the acoustic headstocks |

Location: Phoenix AZ | It could be a preacher/viper neck. They are interchangable. That's what I had on my b-winner. Wide headstock.
"Big headed breadwinner" - that's what my wife calls me. |
