Hi, I have a guitar that I do not know anything about.
I have read some threads but still I am not sure about it.
It is a Adamas 1681-2 and it is built early eighties (81 or 82). Could someone tell me a bit more about this instrument, any certain reasons it was made or only regular model, any special specs? etc. etc.

Thank you.

That's an standard Adamas II model. Deep bowl, non-cutaway, acoustic electric. They are very nice guitars and probably among the best sounding that Ovation has ever produced.

You can read some details about it HERE .
