Location: Atlanta,Ga. | There is an ad on ebay for a vintage artist balladeer 1121(vintage sunburst) sold by guitar centers ebay group gcrep..Beware,and do not bid.I was in the store where the guitar is located and the top is caving in.There is no mention of any of this in the ad.The guitar has other issues and is a POS..This is par for the course with the guitar center internet group.. |

Location: Upper Left USA | Although there may be some good ones out there I have never been impressed by any of the auctions offered by the GC Reps I have seen on Fleabay. I think there are at least two of them running similar sites.

Location: Evansville,IN | GCREP is a RIPOFF, just read their feedback. They don't care about screwing people. They have another name on eBay, GCVINTAGE, they have or had an Ovation Deacon for $1376, and that was the starting price. GCREP had a Krank 100 watt 2x12 combo amp that was used for $2199, yet another seller had a brand new one for $1899. Be cautious when dealing with them. Just my .02. :rolleyes: |

I have had one purchase (Adamas I 6-str) through GCREP. Excellent experience. Good disclosure, fast answers to questions. Good followup as to shipping. Assigned me to a particular rep who even contacted me after delivery to ensure I was satisfied.
Interesting, twice I have been contacted by them about auctions they were doing - followup, to see if I was interested. |
