Here's a little Gospel tune that I wrote and recorded here recently. It's basically two tracks of acoustic guitar - rhythm and lead - bass, and snare and hi-hat played with brushes by yours truly. It was all recorded right here in our apartment.

I was forced to use these cheap Audio-Technica PR99 mics (it's all that I have - they're similar to an SM58) for miking my Legend. I know that it did not do it any favors, but it still sounds OK. I had to use the same mic for the drums and vocals, so if the whole thing has a "trashy" appeal, that is why.

Hope ya like!

Very nice Trago!!!
After hearing that blues pickin' there better be at least one vote on the last selection in my poll.
And I agree with Jeff. I like the character of your voice.

Leon Redbone returns to the OFC!

Very nice job....the talent on the board just continues to astound me.

Wow!

Just played and downloaded ALL the tracks from your soundclick page. Is that praise enough?

And the reason why you don't have a record deal is ......?

Well thank you very much biglouis!

The reason?

I'm not exactly what the record-buying public is looking for.

No......but many people would certainly spring for 8-10 bucks for a good cd of homemade music. I have seen several on that site that offer cd's for sale.

Oh - I just uploaded "Theme From an Imaginary Spaghetti Western", which is something that I wrote years ago, but only just got around to recording. That was recorded with my Celebrity CS257 with both it's onboard pickup, and miked as well.

WHOA!...WOW! I LOVE your pickin' style! Do I detect a hint of Commander Cody influence?

EXCELLENT. Wow. I'm totally impressed.

Especially "Spaghetti Western".

What an amazing group of musicians on this site. Cool.
