Miles and I talked a couple of times about whether or not mini-humbuckers would fit, and if it would be worth it to try. It's close on both counts. |

DANG, there it is, the Viper Les Paul. I was thinking more about Hot Rails or Carvin blade types that will replace a strat type pickup.
Hell with it , I'm going to learn to get all I can out of my pristine, virginal Viper, and not be corrupted by a defiler of Virgin Vipers.
God is going to get him for this!!! |

Paul is still fairly fashion challenged but the guitar looks marvelous darling! I think it even makes him look slimmer. |

Location: SoCal | I've done horrible things to this Viper. First it was humbuckers with a Preacher Deluxe neck, making the guitar a Viper Deluxe.... Then it was a Deacon neck with Phat Cat p/u's, and a new pickguard.... all I can do is call it the Guitar Formerly Known As Viper (GFKAV).
I know I'm going to rot in hell for what I've done, but it sure is a sweet guitar..... besides, it's not my fault --- Woodrow made me do it!

I will probably end up in the next cubicle in hell next to Paul. Probably listening to him play a Taylor... "Eb", "Ab", "Dsus9" over and over again! |

Boy, the truth hurts sometimes..... |
