Hi All,

I am interested in what serious collectors think its value might be, as I'm also collecting estimates from auction houses. This is the very first playable roundback, Model #6, shiny bowl, made by my dad, Gerry Gardner, who recently passed away. I am also interested in your stories of my Dad, if anyone here ever worked with him. My dad had some potentially inconvenient truths about the inception of the Roundback that don't seem to jive with the history books, passed down to me. I'm not sure anyone ever knew that he had this guitar after he took it when security alarms went off at the New Hartford factory. It was his baby.

I look forward to discussions, and I hope this message finds all of you well.

Todd Gardner
