There's a project going on over here at the moment, involving all the local Brass and Silver Bands - the idea is to get their players together to open the 100th TT races this year. A local boy and TT rider in the past would arrive on George Formby's old cycle, and the band strike up "Riding in the TT Races". I offered to play my Uke for them, but has anyone got back to me?? No. The swines. JB

Lanaki:- I'm on the way! Break out the spare bed!! (maybe that wasn't an invitation, but that's a chance I'm willing to take... JB

Dave It has been said that a 12 string guitar player spends half the time tuning and the other half playing an out of tune guitar.

I say, "Not true! I have hopes, lots of hopes. I hope the car doesn't break down, I hope we don't get lost, I hope we don't get mugged coming out of McDonalds, I hope my plane doesn't fall out of the sky, I hope my bladder doesn't explode... See? I'm hopeful!"
