What kind of adjustment(s) can be made on these heads and how do you it/them. Tools required, etc.

I'm finding some play with a few of the tuners on my 1112-4 and I'm hoping they just need an adjustment.

Podium now available...one at a time please...I'm having a gray day, so no big words please!

:) :) :)

make sure the screw at the button is snug. If it is loose, there can be play in the worm

Thanks, Jeff. Is that the only adjustment that can be made?

There's not a whole lot more that can be done. You can remove that screw and then the worm and clean and deburr, but if it's stripped it's time for a new one.

Can you over tighten these screws? I don't mean to the point of stripping the threads, but, to where you can damage the gear?

And if you oil the washers between the buttons and the machines, will the tuners be smoother or will they slip?
