Location: Upper Left USA | Here's an update for my fellow apprecienados (sp)of Mutts and DIY Ovations.
I have been assembling a Preacher with a Preacher Deluxe neck and Viper Pups. All new pots, including a blender. Only running mono for now.
I'll throw more in the Gallery. |

Location: Upper Left USA | Easy there big guy! It's actually a stained Walnut crotch veneer (Shut up! Weaser!). Really wild pattern. Same thing will go over the back cover. |

Ya know how far I've gotten? I have a ping pong table FULL of parts. Some day...
Here's a question for you - I have two Preacher Deluxe PGs. One of them has an extra hole near the switches and knobs... any idea what this is for? None of the preamp boards I have fit this. |

Location: Upper Left USA | There were and are many possible wiring tricks to do with the Pups. In-phase, out of phase, single (half hum), etc. Probably had one of those Jim Rickard holy-mojo boosters in it!
It you need it covered in Walnut, Mahogany or Koa let me know! |

Also, looked through your "Projects" gallery. I didn't remember that black Strat (also with the walnut PG?) -- that's a stunner -- how did it turn out for you tone wise? Very cool.
