Can you post some pics? It would be almost impossible to determine the value without a look.

And welcome to the site!

Welcome davgolf!
Pictures would be a big help but I'd guess somewhere in the $250 to $350 range.
That serial number looks kind of odd. Does the bowl have a shiney or dull finish??.

The K serials were right near the beginning of the second generation balladeers. Maybe 1970.

Nice guitar. I've got a 1111-4 from 1971 -- a little older, after the K series. After 36 years it has a great, deep acoustic voice.

Nice guitar. It has the Klusons, but I can't tell if it has the winged bridge.

It's the shape of the bridge. In 69-71 a lot of guitars had bridges with slightly extended edges that I dubbed "wings". I'm sure within a few nanoseconds someone will post a photo. No performance difference. Some folks think the winged bridge looks "cool". Dave

Dave-golf,

Take a look in Dave-Tupperware's www.ovationgallery.com and in Jerome's www.ovationtribute.com and you will see a whole history or evolution from Kluson to Gotoh and winged to hand tooled.
