i have been enjoying the music of marcel dadi for the last two days. i had never heard of him until i joined the OFC about seven months ago. it wasn't until last night, however, that i learned about his tragic death aboard the controversial TWA flight 800. what a splendidly gifted musician whose presence is still felt through his gift. i'm sure he has been featured on this site numerous times over the years, however, i wanted to add my appreciation for his talent and sadness for his untimely passing.

I've gotta say I've learned about a few players that I never knew of before from this site. Just one of the many bennies.

The absolute Master, bar none. I keep four of his CDs in rotation in the office jukebox. There are some great stories about his well-known objection to electric guitars.

Bill? Segovia objected to Cliff and Temp?

I mean, I can understand why, I just never heard that before.
