I was just looking at the guitars on the wall, and noticed a difference in the headstocks between the Adamas and the 1537. Check this out...

The one on the left is the 1681 and the right is the 1537. I didn't know the angle was different on these...

Send me your Adamas so I can compare it to my 1537. I will give you an answer in due course.

Ah yes, all the shameless ploys to talk me out of my guitars.

BTW, I just took delivery of my used $10.00 Ovation. It's in the picture just between the 1115 and the 1537.

Back to the neck question. Between 81 and 83 did they change the headstock angle in relation to the neck? I thought it happened much earlier than that.

It starts with a clock, JP. Then a banner or two, some vintage pictures, then a dealer sign and a whole bunch of neon, more banners, more vintage collectibles, then more neon, etc., etc. Quit while you can!

Thats the same guy I got mine from, I bid but no one else did, so I got it for the starting price. It's a cheapie but it looks nice from a distance. (not refering to any women I know)

Nice clock. I had to make mine, I used an old cover plate from a National and a $10.00 WallyWorld special.

Have you guys ever noticed that most photographers like to take their photos at the same time of day?

What up with that?

Must be the lighting at 2:10 or something

It's really heavy.... not really, but for 20 bucks, you have a nice addition to the music room.
