Location: Richwood, TX		The saddle on my CP2001 has several extra grooves. I contacted Ovation and they kindly sent me a new saddle at no charge. The new saddle has no grooves in it. Is this normal?

Location: big island		in the above example, however, the strings were created to fit the grooves.


edited for a second thought: some strings on this model will create grooves. groovy!
