Just got a 2005 S771 Balladeer Special. In good shape, but what's the Ovation color code for this satin sunburst? Just has the model number on the label, no '-' after it

Thanks! I was thrown off by it being so 'red', so was thinking maybe Autumn Burst or New England Burst.

Probably more than one recipe for sunburst. The transitions are soft on your guitar an the black border is also ... soft.

Depends on the time of the day. Yours looks like a morning guitar. After lunch they tended to be a little heavier with the black around the edges.

Randy -- Whatever the dash number may be, it sure is a pretty guitar!
Dave -- Per time of day, it appears that my burst Ovations are dwelling well past the midnight hour and into the depths of gouls and souls who dewll in the mire of the abis. Just the way I like it :-)

Love O Fair - thanks! Surprisingly there is no dash following the model number on the label.
