I have a 1978 Ovation Balladeer Custom Deluxe. The top looks wavey but you can only feel it slightly. I checked the bracing and all seems good. Any suggestions how I could fix this or is that just the nature of the beast because it is 46yrs old. It plays really well and the sound is very good.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Some of my older guitars do that, including the 1976 Patriot, which happens to be the best sounding Ovation I've ever heard! It did have some loose bracing when I bought it. Perhaps yours was reglued at some point?

Keep it properly humidified, and if it doesn't get any worse then don't worry.
