Just got this sweet baby yesterday. Never played a shallow bowl but what a sweet sound she puts out. Thanks to the OFC member that let me add her to my collection!! She is a very unique color.

Very, Very nice Leslie...Also a very unusual and rare color...I owned a black one in the late 90's...very nice 12 string! Also, a very nice budding collection!

:D ;)

Ooh, very nice!

Besides all of the design elements I also like the color.

Dark Teal, Aqua-marine, Sea-foam?

She is prutty :D The numbers say 1885-BG - Blue Green in color. The little bit I can find out about this guitar - it might be a custom to get that color or they just made very few in that color - I would put her date around 1991-1994.

Sweet, sweet sounding guitar - more bright than the other Adamas 12 string I have - I am sure that is due to the shallow bowl and the harmonics are incedible.

Teal.

Aquamarine is blue-er.

SeaFoam is lighter.

I've seen a couple of these, and it IS one of my favorite colours on an Adamas!

Yup, the color alone makes that one a keeper!

Very nice. Is it wrong to lust after a certain color of guitar because it might go particularly well with one's eyes and hair color? This teal and the OFC are my colors, so says SWMBO. Maybe she has inadvertently opened yet another door.

Congrat Vision,

Very nice color and the Adamas 12 are so good instruments.
I'm sure it's a great sounding guitar even with a SSB.

You you require a full wardrobe change to match the guitar?

If so, I might suggest it would be cheaper in the long run to just send me the guitar. I already have flowing hippy robes in colours that would complement this piece.

You're welcome.

But it goes so well with my tie dyed t-shirt that still hangs in my closet since 1973. :D

Quite the Beauty! I can't let the wife see this one because she would force me to sell another one. Luckily she likes the Adamsas Blue too. Hope that you enjoy her Vision!

When SWMBO saw a picture of a couple of Dave's blue Adamas guitars, she commented that I didn't have any blue ones. I overused that comment until I finally got the OFC guitar. She hasn't commented on the color of any guitars since, other than the ones I have. I'm sure she'd love the color of this one, but would never tell me.

Wow;
She is gorgeous, Vision--I didn't know they came in such a beautiful color, either. I'm sure that she'll live up to her looks, too. Congratulations!

My pictures never do my guitars justice - she is much nicer looking in person.

Thanks everyone for the compliments - I just love seeing everyone putting up their new guitars so we can drool. I never get tired of that.

I have decided to send my 1981 Adamas to the Mother Ship for a redo - I guess I won't be seeing her for several months but it will be worth the wait when she comes back looking beautiful. :( :D
