| Hi,
New member here...Over 40 years ago I bought a Deacon from a guy who worked at the Ovation plant. It really was a fantastic instrument. Played that with my Fender SF champ for a few years. Unfortunately, I needed to sell it to help pay for transportation during my college years. My wife just recently surprised me with a new "old" Deacon. What a gift!!!! It does have a few electrical gremlins, so hoping to be able to post in the electrical guitar section.

Location: Utah | Welcome aboard! I used to have a Deacon but my daughter graciously helped me declutter by adopting it. That's one of the few Ovations I've regretted letting go, though I am overly blessed with other Ovations. There's a wealth of knowledge on this forum to help you solve any gremlins that stump you. |
