I usually use 0.12. What do you say? Thank you very much.

The 1537 is almost 40 years old and I've had it almost 30 or those. Never had a bulge in any of my guitars. Even the Legend which has a slightly thinner top than that which came from the factory. And Dan, we're past the 5 year mark on both the Legend and the Classical. Both just keep sounding better and better......

But it shouldn't be enough of a belly that it causes the action to be too high. One of my center hole Ovations had a lot of belly which turned out to be a couple of braces that had come unglued. It is a matter of how much bulge there is and whether it is causing problems.

It is probably only in my head, my tech says that the guitar is absolutely fine, I just keep camparing my Folklore and my Classic 1613 and the latter is so flat that it makes me think that yhe Folklore has some issues.

Nevertheless, even if I am well aware of this, the fact that the 1613 is perfectly flat ant the Folklore is not, well...that really bugs me. That is why I am asking for your opinion, I love my Folklore and want to avoid any possible damage to it.
