Am totally gob smacked that you guys have managed to pull off organising such a complex task as the clinic what with holding down full time jobs and family commitments and with so little fuss. Looks to me like a job for 2 or 3 full time paid staff , " Wife and Girlfriend Liason Worker " would be responsible for checking with club members partners that dates did not fall on birthdays , anniversaries ,childrens graduations, during child birth etc , " Plumber " ," Substance missuse co ordinator " checking everyone had whatever they needed throughout the clinic including intensive hangover therapy in the mornings, I could go on ......

It's like that commercial on TV with the snowboarder who keeps following the snow storms around the world... you hint of an OFC gathering on here and it's like moths to a flame...

...in a good way!

BTW - I hate that commercial!

We've been doing this for 5 years, now . . .

We've got it down to a "science".

(although, "Morning Hangover Therapy" IS a good idea, . . I coulda' used that on the last OFC Tour/Jam . . )

She's the one that drives that gold buick 15 miles an hour in front of Cliff.

Pulling this together wasn't that much, a mere piece of baklava, as they say. Of course with me being unemployeed and living on a fixed income, that helps. And Matt being a good friend to me and the OFC helps. And then all the guitarded OFC members who are like that snowboarder, makes it pretty easy.

A hang over therapist is anyone who will cook you a huge fried breakfast and provide you with an appropriate hairy dog

I thought you were a vegatarian Cliff, or is that just a load of cods-wallop? (If Andrea can say gob-smacked I can say cods-walloped)

When I was single, we'd see a couple guys and invite them to bring some booze and we'd go get some chips and have a party. When I got married, we had to have a reason for a party, figure out who had the last parties, check the social calendars, find out what everyone else was bringing, coordinate that so people didn't bring the same thing and then agree on a time.
The only guy I know that can make things so complicated is my father in law and he worked for the government all his life.
Not to detract from Bill's efforts, but some things are better if they aren't too organized.

Orginization? Seriously, just look at the list of attendees...LOL...we'll be lucky if Homeland security doesn't stake us out...lol...no one's planning for orginization...just wait until we're on the golf course...Rodney Dangerfield in Caddyshack comes to mind...Seriously, its gonna be great! Beal, Matt, Florida and the OFC gang...after we're done, "hanging chad" will have a whole new meaning!
