Hi There - recently received a wonderful reach-out email from Ovation Fan Club Admins. Miles-Kevin Baron & Alexander Pepiak, thank you guys!

Reading the updates made me wonder if the Ovation Custom Shop staff accepts vintage Ovations for refurbising/set-up. I [original owner] still have my Pacemaker 1115 12 string, vintage 1979, that is in very excellant conditon. Would like to have new frets, neck adjustment, strings, action set, etc. done by ideally the orignal craftmans if possible.

Any insight/suggstions will be appreciated. I am in the Washington D.C. area and have friends in Hartford.

Cheers!!

As far as I know, YES.

Contact John Budny and ask him.

They do amazing work too. Had to have a crack where the headstock meets the neck repaired on a Pacemaker 1115 12 string a couple of years ago. Guitar came back looking new again.
